This 4-5 hour Private Childbirth Class is for 2 people

(Price includes 1 pregnant person & 1 support person)

This class can be tailored specific to you and your support persons needs or you can choose to follow our outlined curriculum below.

This class will walk you through the process of labour and delivery and prepare you for your amazing birth journey. You will learn about:

• Signs of preterm labour
• True and false labour
• When to go to your place of birth

• Stages of labour including what is happening to your body in each stage of labour
• Comfort measures
• Breathing techniques
• Relaxation exercises
• Support person’s roles in childbirth
• Understanding Pain and how to manage pain
• What if things don’t go as planned
• Medical interventions – induction, vacuum, forceps, C-section
• What happens to you and baby immediately after birth
• Skin to Skin contact
• Postpartum recovery (bleeding, getting enough rest)

• This class can be done virtually over zoom or in-person
• 6 months Free Access to all of our class resources and links
• We recommend that this class be taken between 26 – 34 weeks gestation
• If you are more then 34 weeks gestation, contact us and we will fit you in!
• Cost for travel not included for in-person private class.  Flat fee can be negotiated

Private Classes – Once payment has been received, a member from our team will contact you by your preferred contact method to book a date and time.
